General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between OnlyReps ("the Seller") and its customers ("the Buyer") for all sales made via the onlyreps.fr website.

Article 3 — Products

The essential characteristics of the products are detailed on each product sheet. Photos are non-contractual; slight color variations may appear depending on the screen.

Article 4 — Price

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (20% French VAT included). Delivery fees are added at the time of payment.

Article 5 — Order

An order implies acceptance of the GTC. The contract is concluded as soon as payment is validated. A confirmation is sent by email.

Article 6 — Payment

Secure payment via Shopify Payments (Stripe). Accepted methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay (from €50).

Article 7 — Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. See the Delivery page for details.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. See the Returns page.

Article 9 — Warranties

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L.217-4 C.conso) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 C.civ).

Article 10 — Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order. The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages.

Article 12 — Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, OnlyReps logos, photos) are the exclusive property of the Seller.

Article 13 — Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may resort to mediation via the European platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable agreement, the competent French courts will be seized.
