No banking data is stored on our servers. Payments are processed via Stripe/PayPal, encrypted with SSL.

Purposes

  • Process and deliver your order
  • Contact you in case of a problem
  • Send you marketing emails (if you subscribed to the newsletter)
  • Improve the website (anonymized statistics)

Legal Basis

Contractual performance (order), consent (newsletter), legitimate interest (statistics).

Recipients

  • Carriers (Colissimo, Chronopost) — just your name/address
  • Stripe / PayPal — secure payment
  • Shopify — e-commerce platform
  • Klaviyo — email sending (if newsletter)
  • Legal authorities upon official request only

We NEVER sell your data to third parties.

Retention Period

  • Orders: 10 years (accounting obligation)
  • Newsletter: as long as you are subscribed + 6 months
  • Cookies: 13 months max
