📋 Return Conditions
- ✅ Time Limit: 14 days from receipt of the package
- ✅ Condition: The item must be new, unworn, unwashed
- ✅ Tags and original packaging kept
- ✅ Free return (we'll send you a prepaid label)
- ✅ All countries accepted (France, Europe, worldwide)
🔄 How to return an item?
- Send us an email at contact@onlyreps.fr specifying your order number and the item(s) to be returned
- Receive your prepaid return label (free) within the next 2 hours
- Pack the item in its original condition (tags, packaging)
- Drop off the package at a relay point or at La Poste
- Receive your refund within 5-7 days after receipt at our warehouse
💰 Refund
The refund is made to the original payment method:
- Credit Card: within 3-5 business days
- Paypal: within 2 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: within 3-5 business days
- Crypto: within 24 hours
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is initiated.
🚫 Cases where returns are not accepted
- ❌ 14-day period exceeded
- ❌ Item worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- ❌ Missing tags or original packaging
- ❌ Underwear, socks (hygiene)
- ❌ Custom-made items
🛠️ Product defect or preparation error?
If your item arrives with a defect or does not match your order:
- Send us photos by email within 48 hours of receipt
- We will offer you either a free replacement as a priority, or an immediate full refund
- You generally do not need to send anything back (we cover the cost of the defect)
Defect guarantee: 30 days from receipt.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way is to:
- Return the item (refund within 5-7 days)
- Reorder the correct size/color on the website
This method ensures you receive the new item faster than a traditional exchange.
