Our packages are shipped in plain cardboard boxes with no visible logo. No mention of "reps", "replica", or the brand name sold. Your neighbor, your family, no one will know what's inside.

Inside, each item is protected by tissue paper, carefully folded, with original tags and packaging reproduced (Nike box, Amiri tags, etc.).

📍 Real-time Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time on our Track My Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

🛃 Customs and Taxes

France & EU: Zero customs fees. Our packages are shipped from our European warehouse.

Outside EU (UK, Switzerland, USA, etc.): Local fees may apply according to your country's laws. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

⏰ Processing Hours

Orders placed before 2 PM (Paris time) Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday morning.

🚫 What to do if my package doesn't arrive?

If your package shows "delivered" but you haven't received it: immediately contact your carrier with the tracking number, then send us an email. We will open an investigation that lasts 5-10 days. If the package is truly lost, we will refund you in full or send you a new order.
