🔍 About the products
What exactly is a 1:1 rep?
A "1:1 rep" (one-to-one) is a replica that reproduces 99% of the original: same materials, same stitching, same embroidery, same colors. Not to be confused with AAA, AA, or "copy" qualities, which are low-end imitations.
Is the quality really good?
Each item is tested by our team before being added to the catalog. We have rejected 30% of the references offered by our suppliers because they were not up to standard. We only sell controlled premium 1:1 items.
How to differentiate a 1:1 rep from an original piece?
For most streetwear items (Sp5der, Corteiz, Trapstar), even an expert would have difficulty seeing the difference with the naked eye. For luxury items (Amiri, Chrome Hearts), a professional might detect it by touching the fabric. See our complete guide.
Do the clothes last over time?
Yes. Our premium 1:1 rep items are made with 220-400gsm cotton, YKK zippers, and reinforced seams. With normal care (washing at 30°C, no tumble drying), an item lasts several years.
Do you have all sizes in stock?
We generally have sizes S to XXL for most items. For sneakers, we range from 36 to 47. If a specific size is sold out, contact us, we can often order it in 5-10 days.
📦 Delivery
What are your delivery times?
France: 24-72h in general. Europe: 2-5 days. World: 5-10 days. You receive a tracking number by email upon shipment.
Is the delivery discreet?
Yes, 100% discreet. Neutral packaging with no visible logo, no mention of "reps", "replica" or the brand name sold. Your neighbor, your family: no one will know.
Is delivery free?
Yes, free delivery from 100€ purchase in France and Europe. Below that, 6.90€ in France, 9.90€ in Europe.
Do I have to pay customs taxes?
No. Our packages are sent from our European warehouse, so no customs fees for France and the EU. For orders outside the EU (Switzerland, UK, etc.), local fees may apply depending on the country.
Do you deliver to overseas territories (DOM-TOM)?
Yes, we deliver to Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion, French Guiana, Mayotte. Delivery time 7-14 days, preferential rate 12.90€.

No. The charge appears with a neutral name (e.g., "TIENDA EU SL") for maximum discretion.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, free return within 14 days if the item doesn't suit you. It must be in its original condition (tags, packaging, unworn).
How do I return an item?
1. Send us an email at contact@onlyreps.fr stating your order number. 2. We send you a prepaid return label. 3. Drop off the package at a relay point. 4. Refund within 5-7 days after receipt.
In which cases is a return not accepted?
If the item has been worn/washed, if the tags are removed, if the original packaging is damaged, or if more than 14 days have passed.
What if I have a product defect?
Send us photos by email upon receipt. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund. 30-day defect warranty.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. We will refund you, and you can reorder the correct size/color. It's the simplest way.
📏 Sizes
How do I choose my size?
Consult our complete size guide. We have detailed sizing for each brand + 3 tables (tops, bottoms, sneakers).
I'm between two sizes, what should I do?
For oversized clothing (Sp5der, Corteiz, Syna) → take your usual size. For sneakers → take the larger size (foot swells during the day). If in doubt → contact us, we'll advise you.
Do Balenciaga sneakers size like Nike?
No. Balenciaga Triple S, Track, and Speed Trainer run VERY large. Take -1 to -2 sizes compared to your usual Nike size.
Do Yeezy 350s fit true to size?
No, they run small. Take +0.5 or +1 compared to your usual Nike size.
🔐 Account & Order
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can order using "Guest checkout" without creating an account. But creating an account allows you to track your orders and accumulate loyalty benefits.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email upon shipment. Use our Track My Order page to see the real-time status.
I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do?
First, check your spam folder. If nothing, contact us with your name and email used for the order, and we will resend the confirmation.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Within 2 hours, yes. Contact us quickly by email. Beyond that, the order is already being prepared, and we can no longer modify it.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 2 hours: full cancellation and refund. Beyond that: we can try to block it, but if the package has already been shipped, you will have to return it (still free 14-day return).
