🔍 Our 5-step quality process

1. Factory selection

We only work with top-tier Chinese factories that produce for major official brands (yes, they're often the same ones). We have personally visited our 6 main factories to validate their methods.

2. Sampling of each reference

Before adding an item to our catalog, we order 3-5 samples that we test: material, stitching, prints, tags, packaging. 30% of the references proposed by our suppliers are rejected because they do not pass our inspection.

3. Quality control upon receipt

Upon arrival at our European warehouse, each box is opened and checked:

✅ Compliance with the validated sample
✅ Absence of visible defects (holes, stains, faulty stitching)
✅ Original tags and packaging present
✅ Correct sizes and colors

4. Pre-shipment control

Each order is manually checked before being packaged: we ensure that the size is correct, the color matches, and the condition is perfect. This step makes all the difference.

5. QC photos on demand

For any order >€100, you can request QC (quality check) photos before shipment. We photograph your actual item from all angles, and you approve or disapprove before shipping.

We pay particular attention to details:

Official cardboard tags reproduced (colors, print, holograms where they exist)
